The printer can pre-complete the plate loading on another set of plate-mounting sleeves while the machine is running. Operating Principle
The installation of the plate-fitting sleeve requires the use of an air-expanding mandrel. During installation, compressed air (typically at a pressure of 0.3-0.5 MPa) is filled into the mandrel, and the gas escapes through surface pores, forming an "air cushion" between the mandrel and the inner wall of the sleeve. This causes the inner diameter of the sleeve to expand slightly, allowing it to be easily pushed in or pulled out. After the air source is cut off, the sleeve is firmly fixed to the mandrel

Key Points of Use and Maintenance
To ensure the accuracy and lifespan of the sleeve, routine maintenance is crucial:
*Installation specifications: Before assembly and disassembly, be sure to clean the mandrel and the inner wall of the sleeve. Use specialized tools to avoid violent impact. *After installation, check the radial runout, which should generally be controlled within ≤0.03mm.
*Daily storage: After cleaning, it should be stored vertically to avoid deformation due to pressure. The recommended storage environment is at a temperature of 15-25°C and a humidity of 40%-60%, and direct sunlight should be avoided.
*Service life: Under normal use and maintenance, the service life of the plate-mounted sleeve is typically 3-5 years or approximately 15 million revolutions
