Application Scenarios
In offset printing
The ceramic aniloxes of the varnishing units allow a more consistent and homogeneous protection with both acrylic and UV-curing varnishes.

In printing on corrugated board
Anilox rollers are used to transfer the water-based inks, mostly used in the printing of packaging and protective boxes, efficiently and uniformly to the sides of the corrugated board, ensuring a high quality appearance and colour intensity, neutralising the absorption of the substrate.
The wear resistance of the ceramic and the easy cleaning of the cavities are one of the most valued elements in this type of engraving.
On special coating or finishing machines
Anilox rollers allow the application of high volumes of various fluids. Spectacular results can be obtained with high layers of waxes, adhesives or varnishes.
These coatings are obtained uniformly on different materials, thanks to the special design of the cells or the surface of the anilox cylinder. Improving the aesthetic and functional properties where other printing or dosing systems have limitations.

Maintenance of anilox roller
*The first is to protect it from knocks and falls during use. Especially when assembling and disassembling the flexo printer. The ceramic area is delicate and rubbing against tools or parts of the machine could cause damage to the cells that is not feasible to repair. It is advisable to store them well, in a safe place, away from accidental knocks and contaminants.
*Adequate and regular cleaning is the other important step in the good care of anilox cylinders, using suitable chemical products in the process, observing the manufacturer's recommendations for use.
