(1) Regularly inspect the anilox roller's mesh using a mesh microscope. If wear or clogging is found, take immediate action.
(2) Do not apply excessive pressure to the doctor blade to obtain more color tones, as this will increase wear on the ceramic anilox roller and doctor blade.
(3) Refrain from using inferior inks containing filler impurities to avoid damage to the ceramic anilox roller, doctor blade, or doctor blade rubber roller.
