A ceramic anilox roller is a printing roller made of ceramic. During the printing process, ink is transferred from the printing plate to the printed material, and the ceramic anilox roller plays the role of ink transfer. When the ceramic anilox roller rotates, ink enters from the ink reservoir into the anilox pattern on the roller surface, and then, through the rotation of the anilox pattern, the ink is transferred to the printed material, thus completing the printing process.
Ceramic anilox rollers have excellent wear resistance and a smooth surface, which effectively prevents ink leakage and seepage during the printing process, ensuring the quality of the printed product.
